This video has a few different meanings people can get out of it. The animation of him growing, going down the pipe, star power, and death are really good and follow the Mario world. One meaning I saw from this is the addiction problem.

This is a good commentary on who is the stronger creature. The animation of the fight scene was epic. Also, their information gathering on the 2 was very accurate.
