The music has a good fighting/exploration beat. The music isn't too loud and the pitch is balanced between the high parts and the low background music.

Zelda: Twilight Princess Music - Midna's Lament
The music repetative but it has that nice calm, mysterious feel. Also, it makes good exploring music because it can give off a wondering feel like there is no one around for miles.
